Nina Renshaw

Secretary General, EPHA,

Nina joined the European Public Health Alliance as Secretary-General in 2014. EPHA is Europe's biggest civil society network campaigning for better health in all policies. She represents EPHA and its membership in policy discussions and oversees the management of EPHA's campaigns and projects. She participates civil society platforms including Social Platform, the Better Regulation Watchdog and Health and Environment Alliance.

Previously, during 8 years at Transport & Environment she successfully led European policy campaigns on a variety of issues including safer lorry design, sustainable transport investment, road pricing and traffic noise. She represented the Green10 on the European Commission's advisory group on red tape reduction.

After graduating in International Business in the UK, she started her career in logistics in Austria. She gained an MA in European Policy and Politics from Humboldt University in Berlin and Bath University where she specialised in civil society and EU policy-making.
