Ettore Dorrucci is currently head of the ECB division dealing with euro area convergence, competitiveness and balance of payments, as well as euro adoption and non-euro area EU Member States. He also heads the ECB post-programme missions to Ireland. He has several publications on these and other topics, including the international monetary system, financial development, regional integration, China rebalancing and Central and Eastern Europe.
