Head Representative, European Investment Bank in Turkey
Massimo d’Eufemia, born in 1961, holds degrees in Law and Political Sciences; a Master of Public Administration from Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione (Rome), attended Ecole National d’Administration (France) and qualified as barrister at law.
During his time in commercial banking in France (Banque Worms) he served on several company boards following three years at Italian Treasury as adviser in the Division for International Relations
He joined the European Investment Bank in 1993 as loan officer for lending operations in France. He then became Head of the Balkan Task Force coordinating the reconstruction program for South Eastern Europe. Subsequently, he was appointed Head of Unit for Western Balkans and from 2004 to 2010 he was Deputy Head of Division for lending operations in Poland. In 2011 Mr d'Eufemia joined the South Eastern Europe Department as Managerial Adviser and in July 2013 he has been appointed as EIB Group Representative in Turkey.
