Catherine Stewart
Deputy Director for Trade Policy, HM Treasury
Catherine Stewart is the Deputy Director leading the Trade Policy team in His Majesty's Treasury. In this role, she has responsibility over areas such as the Treasury’s input to the UK's FTA agenda, MFN tariff policy, Trade Sanctions and CBAMs. Catherine has extensive experience working on trade policy, with previous roles in European policy, customs and Northern Ireland. She also has wider HM Treasury experience, having worked on health and welfare spending and public services pensions.
