Eva Degler
Policy analyst, Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Directorate, OECD,
Eva Degler is working at the International Migration Division at the OECD as a policy analyst, focussing on questions of social mobility and labour market integration of migrants and their children.
She has recently published a report on the labour market integration of refugees in Germany and is currently working on a research project on vocational education and training for migrants. In addition, she is involved in a OECD-wide project on diversity, which seeks to determine how governments and businesses alike can make the most of diverse societies.
Eva holds a Liberal Arts degree from the Amsterdam University College and a MSc in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford.
